These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoliTrader (the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms in the app, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We require your full legal name and date of birth and a signed acknowledgement before granting access to the dashboard; we may refuse or revoke access if you do not meet the age requirement.

2. Educational purposes only — not financial advice

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. See our Risk Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

3. No guarantee · high-risk trading

There is no guarantee of any kind. Trading securities and options involves a very high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Options trading in particular is not suitable for all investors. Past and backtested performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are described on the pricing page. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data;
• misrepresent the Service's content as personalized advice;
• use the Service unlawfully or to harm others or the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by GoliTrader and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial, educational use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all content and market data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoliTrader and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoliTrader from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, require renewed acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of GoliTrader is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Operator: confirm governing law / venue with counsel.]
