Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid GoliTrader subscriptions and one-time charges. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By subscribing or making any payment you agree to this policy. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
Summary
GoliTrader is a digital subscription that grants immediate access to educational content and tools. Because access is delivered instantly and continuously, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where this policy or applicable law expressly provides otherwise. Annual / pre-paid terms are non-refundable in whole or in part. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
Subscriptions & renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as described at checkout) and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Renewal charges are not refundable by reason of a forgotten or unintended renewal; please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops futurerenewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and the current period's fee is not refunded. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, partial months, or downgrades, except where required by law.
Refunds — when we may issue one
- Billing errors & duplicate charges. If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any verified erroneous or duplicate amount.
- Material, unresolved technical failure. If a material defect prevents you from using the core Service for a sustained period and we are unable to resolve it after you report it, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request in good faith.
- Statutory rights.Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a right to a refund or withdrawal that cannot be waived, that right applies regardless of this policy (see “Consumers in the EU / UK and other regions” below).
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.
Founder's Circle (monthly & annual)
- Monthly— cancel any time; future renewals stop and access continues to the end of the current paid month. The current month's fee is non-refundable once the period has begun.
- Annual— the annual Founder's Circle payment is paid twelve (12) months in advance and is non-refundable, in whole or in part, including if you cancel before the term ends. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the pre-paid 12-month term and are not billed again. The founding rate and seat are forfeited once the membership lapses.
Free trials, promotions & discounts
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial and you may cancel before it ends to avoid any charge; if you do not cancel, the subscription converts to paid automatically at the disclosed price. Promotional, discounted, or founding rates apply only as described at the time of the offer, are not retroactive, and may have their own conditions. We do not refund the difference if a price later drops or a promotion is offered after your purchase.
Taxes & processor fees
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax), which are added at checkout where required. Where a refund is issued, any recoverable taxes are handled per applicable rules; non-recoverable third-party payment-processor fees may be excluded from a refund where permitted by law.
No refunds based on trading outcomes or dissatisfaction
The Service is educational only and carries no guarantee of results. Refunds are not provided on the basis of trading or investment losses, signal or model performance, market conditions, your own decisions, or general dissatisfaction with the Service. See our Risk Disclaimer.
No refunds for policy violations
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (including abuse, fraud, scraping, or chargeback abuse), you are not entitled to any refund for the remaining term.
Discretionary & goodwill refunds
Any refund we issue outside the limited circumstances above is provided as a one-time goodwill gesture, in our sole discretion, does not waive this policy, and does not create an entitlement, course of dealing, or precedent for any future request. We may condition a goodwill refund on cancellation and loss of access (including forfeiture of any founding rate and seat).
Promotional & founding seats
The Founder's Circle is a limited promotional offer that we may end, pause, or re-offer at any time (including before all seats are filled), as described in the Terms. A founding rate and seat are tied to continuous, paid, good-standing membership; if your membership lapses, is cancelled, is charged back, or is terminated for a policy violation, the founding rate and seat are forfeited and are not restored by a later refund or re-subscription. Pre-paid annual founding terms remain non-refundable as stated above.
Manual review & anti-abuse
All refund requests are subject to verification and manual review, including confirmation of account ownership and payment details. We may decline, limit, or claw back refunds where we detect abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, promotion or trial abuse, or violations of the Terms, and we may limit the number of refunds per customer or payment method. We may take the longer of the times stated in this policy where additional review is required.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue quickly — most are fixed faster than a card dispute. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or disputing a charge you authorized, may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. We reserve the right to contest invalid disputes and to recover amounts wrongfully charged back, and we may decline future service to accounts with a history of fraudulent disputes.
Consumers in the EU / UK and other regions
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off / right-of-withdrawal period for distance digital purchases, that right applies as required by law. Note that, where permitted, by purchasing and requesting immediate access to digital content you may consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once access has begun. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights. [Operator: confirm the exact cooling-off handling and consent wording for your target regions with counsel.]
Currency
Unless stated otherwise, charges and refunds are processed in U.S. dollars. If your card is denominated in another currency, your issuer's exchange rate and any conversion fees apply, and a refund may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange-rate movement — we are not responsible for those differences.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us with: (1) your account email, (2) the charge date and amount, and (3) a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are posted here with a new “last updated” date.
