Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid GoliTrader subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Subscriptions & renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as described at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

  • Because the Service grants immediate access to digital content, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.
  • If you were charged in error or experienced a material, unresolved technical failure, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

No refunds based on trading outcomes

The Service is educational only and carries no guarantee of results. Refunds are not provided on the basis of trading losses or dissatisfaction with signal performance. See our Risk Disclaimer.

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us with your account email and the charge date.
